KKC, a logistics company aiming to digitize their operations, needed a mobile-first solution to manage fleets, journeys, and drivers—online and offline. I designed and developed a complete logistics system comprising a mobile driver app, a web-based admin panel, and a lightweight admin mobile app for on-the-go management. The web admin panel empowers multiple admin users (with role-based access) to create and assign journeys, manage clients, drivers, vehicles, and oversee third-party logistics. The admin mobile app includes essential features like creating, assigning, approving, or declining journeys—enabling decision-making even in the field. The driver-facing mobile app allows journey logging with real-time status updates (start, restart, stop, finish) and geolocation tracking. Built with offline-first architecture using Hive, the app stores logs locally and auto-syncs when connectivity is restored. Additionally, the app is localized in Urdu via GetX, ensuring accessibility for the company’s workforce. The KKC Logistics App has streamlined daily operations and improved journey visibility across the fleet—delivering real-world impact with technology.
